During these sessions we explore simple tools to support our physical and emotional well-being, through yoga games, crafts and mindfulness practices. This helps children be more sufficient and gain confidence. We focus on five key areas:
CONNECTION – mind + body
AWARENESS– of the self + relationships
CREATIVITY – problem solving + flexible thinking
RESILIENCE – tools to embrace challenges
COMMUNITY – collaboration skills, diversity + inclusion
