Join us to dive into yoga! We focus on our 5 key areas – Connection, Awareness, Creativity, Resilience + Community, while exploring the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how we can use these tools to live happier, healthier lives!

  • yoga and the benefits of movement
  • meditation and the benefits for our well-being
  • breath-work or pranayama and how it helps our bodies and minds
  • philosophy behind yoga
  • understanding the mind-body connection through neuroscience
  • exploring self care, body awareness, and communication skills.


No experience necessary.
