There is an ever-increasing need to support young people in accessible and meaningful ways at school. Our Mental Health + Mindfulness Program gives older students the opportunity to learn and practice Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga postures that are developmentally appropriate. Tools gained through consistent Yoga + Mindfulness practices can become the foundation for better mental health, strong relationships, and overall wellness across the lifetime. We will participate in both solo, and group activities, around topics like: mental health, self care, body awareness, the mind/body connection, Neuroscience, human development, and communication skills. No experience necessary.
